Availability & Cart

Every Everlastings piece is one-of-a-kind. When you add an item to your cart, it is not reserved — another collector may complete their purchase first.

We verify availability for all items when you begin checkout. If a piece has found its home while you were browsing, we'll let you know and offer a small thank-you for your patience.

We believe in honest, pressure-free shopping. No countdown timers, no artificial urgency — just beautiful things for those who find them.

The Cart Hold

When you click Checkout from your cart, we place a soft 15-minute hold on the pieces you've chosen. That hold means no one else can claim them while you're entering your shipping and payment details.

If you step away for longer than 15 minutes, the hold quietly releases — the piece becomes available to other collectors again. You'll be invited to re-check availability when you come back.

This is the gentlest version of "first come, first home" we could find.

Returns

Each Everlastings piece is built to last and meant to stay. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted only if the piece arrives damaged or significantly different from what was shown.

If something isn't right, reach out within seven days of delivery and include photos. We'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund, whichever is the gentlest landing.

Custom commissions are non-returnable but covered by the same care: if anything's wrong, tell us.

Care

These pieces are made from real materials — wood, paper, paint, glass, dried botanicals, fairy-light wire. They prefer the same care any small treasured thing does:

• Dust with a soft brush, not a cloth
• Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve color
• Keep dry — not for bathrooms or kitchens
• If your piece has lighting: use only the included adapter

Commissions

Custom commissions are open in limited windows. Each commission begins with a conversation — about the story, the room it'll live in, the feeling it should hold.

Please begin a conversation with what you have in mind. Pricing and timeline depend on scale and complexity.

Privacy & Cookies

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to fulfill orders and to find collectors who'd love these pieces. We use Meta and Google Analytics for that latter part — you can decline both at any time via the Privacy preferences link in the footer.
