Shipping & Returns

Each haven is packed by Emy and shipped from her studio. Below is what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap; in the meantime, if you'd like a piece sent abroad, please begin a conversation and we'll see what we can arrange.

Timeline

Most pieces ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. If a piece will take longer (some commissions or larger pieces), the product page notes it.

Once your piece is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier. Most US shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after that.

Packaging & Insurance

Every piece is hand-packed in protective layers — recycled where possible, archival where it matters. Lighting components ship in their own padded compartment. We've shipped these all over the country with very few losses.

Shipping insurance is included in the price for every order. If anything arrives damaged, see If something's wrong below.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the piece. We try to make this as fair and transparent as possible — no padding, no surprise fees.

If something's wrong

If your piece arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was shown, please reach out within seven days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the piece as it arrived
  • Photos of the packaging
  • The order number from your confirmation email

We'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund, whichever is the gentlest landing for you.

Returns

Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, we accept returns only when something has gone wrong with the piece itself (see above). For everything else, we ask that you sit with the piece a few days before deciding — these are objects that grow on you.

Custom commissions are non-returnable but covered by the same care: if anything's wrong, tell us.
