Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-05-03. We'll update this page when the terms change and note the date here.
By using everlastingsbyemaline.com (the "Site") or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. Plain-language version follows; if you have questions, please reach out.
Who we are
Everlastings by Emaline is a small artisan studio operated by Emy Hoff. The Site is owned and operated by Emy. Inquiries: hello@everlastingsbyemaline.com.
Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, copy substantial portions of, or use the Site's content for AI training or commercial competitor research without permission.
The photographs, story cards, copy, and visual identity on the Site are the work of Emy Hoff and her collaborators. They are protected by copyright. Don't repost as your own.
Purchases
All purchases are final at the moment payment is captured by Stripe. Availability is verified at checkout — see the Availability & Cart policy for how that works.
Pricing on the Site is in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Returns are limited to pieces that arrive damaged or significantly different from what was shown — see Shipping & Returns.
Communications
If you opt in to our newsletter (the Firelight Council), we'll email you when new pieces are ready and occasional small notes from the studio. Never more often than that. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email, or by replying.
If you abandon a cart or are interested in a specific piece, we may email you a one-time follow-up if you've shared an email with us. We don't share or sell your email.
Liability
The Site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Everlastings by Emaline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Site or its products beyond the amount you paid.
For damaged or defective items, our remedy is repair, replacement, or refund — see Shipping & Returns.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
